Ailsa von Dobeneck is a seasoned international business professional and dual American and British citizen who has built exceptional careers on both sides of the Atlantic. Her professional journey has taken her from the halls of Westminster Palace where she navigated the corridors of the House of Commons and House of Lords to the halls of Capitol Hill in Washington DC. She began her career in Singapore in communications at a global shipping company before moving into government relations in the United States where she spearheaded federal and state advocacy initiatives, secured grant funding for infrastructure projects, and led tax credit programs. Throughout her career she has cultivated a reputation for strategic relationship building and expanding high value networks.

As Managing Director of The Luxury Collective, Ailsa brings a wealth of knowledge and the intricacies of living and working in both the United States and the United Kingdom. This unique perspective allows her to bridge cultural and lifestyle nuances for clients on both sides of the pond.

Ailsa holds bachelor's degrees in international Affairs and German from the University of Georgia and a master's degree in international relations from King’s College London. Beyond her professional achievements she is passionate about historic cooking, with a published recipe series in The Daily Beast and multiple television cooking appearances.
