Kimberly A. Harris Campbell is a strategic executive with two decades of experience scaling and transforming organizations across technology, real estate, nonprofit, and law. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, navigating complex market dynamics, and consistently driving sustainable value for stakeholders.

Most recently, Kim served as President of Compass Real Estate’s DMV and Southeast regions, where she oversaw more than 8,000 agents and employees, managed a $1 billion P&L, and executed over 20 acquisitions. She launched new markets in North and South Carolina and led restructuring initiatives that delivered more than $150 million in cost savings.

Before Compass, Kim was the Co-Founder and CEO of America Needs You (ANY), where she expanded a New York-based program into a national nonprofit. Under her leadership, ANY tripled the annual number of students served, launched a university-based model to cut costs, and established over 100 corporate partnerships generating more than $4 million annually. ANY’s fellows achieved a 95% graduation rate, and the organization earned the New York Community Trust Nonprofit Excellence Award.

Kim began her career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, advising on more than $200 billion in global transactions, including major deals like the American Airlines/US Airways merger and Pfizer’s $13 billion spin-off. She received Skadden’s Outstanding Civic Leadership Award in recognition of her professional and pro bono impact.

A proud Chicago native, Kim holds degrees from Columbia Law School and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She is a dedicated mother, Philadelphia Eagles superfan, and committed community mentor, celebrated for her people-first leadership and infectious energy.
